About the Lodge

The lodge is tastefully furnished. It is wood paneled, draped and carpeted throughout, creating a warm atmosphere. A large lounge has a log burning fireplace. West facing sliding glass doors open onto a large patio and offer a beautiful view of the mountains.

At the opposite end of the lodge is a separate dining room closed off by double doors from the lounge. This area is used for playing games or watching television during the evening hours. Children especially enjoy this room.

A spacious, well equipped kitchen is used for the preparation of community meals at dinner, and by those preparing their own meals when community meals are not being served.

Upstairs are 13 private rooms, each accommodating 2 or 4 persons. Separate men's and women's baths have both tubs and showers, and four sinks each. There is also a small washroom on the main floor.

For the convenience of the members there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and service sink. A fully equipped shop has all of the tools and facilities necessary to repair, tune, and wax skis. Storage lockers are available for those who wish to keep their skis and equipment at the lodge.
